U.S. corporate documents provide a wealth of information useful to business information research. This course will examine not only the sources available for this research but also the organizational and regulatory framework they fit into and how they are used by the general business community. We will first review the role of public companies in business particularly those listed in the U.S., followed by a detailed examination of the types of sources available for this type of research.
This course will combine lecture with interactive exercises to give attendees the opportunity to immediately apply what they have learned.
