Description of Course
This seminar will focus on helping you think through the companion processes of managing the workflow and illustrating the value of your information service. Attendees will take away from this session conceptual frameworks as well as practical tips for selecting and implementing tools to insure that their information service is fully aligned with their parent organization. For solo practitioners and other IS managers who have struggled with collecting data that describes what they do and translating it into a powerful story of the contributions they make that can be communicated to management.
